ArogyaCard

For doctors

Relevant history, with the patient's consent

Identify the patient, ask for what you need, and work from a clear timeline. Record the visit and issue the prescription in the same place.

What you get

  • Identify in seconds

Card tap, QR code or ArogyaCard ID. Identification alone never opens a record.

  • Ask for exactly what you need

State the purpose and choose categories and duration. The patient approves on their phone.

  • A timeline that makes sense

Past visits, prescriptions and reports in order, each with its source.

  • Allergies up front

Critical allergies are shown at the top of the record when the patient has shared them.

  • Prescribe and amend

Save a draft, issue it, or amend an issued prescription. Every version is kept and the pharmacy only dispenses the latest.

  • Your own working view

Today's consultations, requests waiting for consent and drafts, all in one dashboard.

A consultation, step by step

  1. 1

    Identify

Tap the card, scan the QR code or enter the ArogyaCard ID.

  2. 2

    Request

Say why you need access and for how long.

  3. 3

    Consult

Once approved, review the shared record and record your findings.

  4. 4

    Prescribe

Issue a digital prescription the pharmacy can find.

Guard rails you can rely on

  • You cannot search or browse patients. You can only open someone you have identified and who has agreed.
  • Access ends when the time the patient allowed runs out, or when they withdraw it.
  • Emergency override is switched off in this version. A request is refused, recorded and reported.
  • Every action you take is recorded and visible to the patient.
