For patients
Your health history, in one place you control
Carry one card. Your prescriptions, reports and visits are kept together, and nobody sees them unless you say yes.
What you get
One timeline
Visits, prescriptions, lab reports and documents in order, each showing who recorded it.
You approve every request
When a doctor asks to see your record you see who is asking and why. You choose what to share and for how long.
See who looked
A plain access history shows every time your information was opened, by whom and for what purpose.
Family in one account
Look after a parent or child from your own account, with their consent where it applies.
Lost your card?
Freeze it from the app straight away. A frozen card stops working at once, and a replacement keeps your history.
Works on any phone
A web app that installs on your home screen, with large text and simple language.
How it looks day to day
- 1
Get your card
Enrol at a centre. Your mobile number is checked with a one-time code and your card is bound to you.
- 2
Visit a doctor
Tap or show your card so the doctor can identify you. Approve the access request on your phone.
- 3
Collect medicines
At the pharmacy, confirm you are there. The pharmacist sees your prescription and nothing else.
- 4
Review later
Open your timeline and your access history whenever you like.
What stays private
- No medical information is stored on the card.
- Doctors cannot browse your record. They can only see what you approve.
- Pharmacies see the prescription and critical allergies, not your history.
- Support staff can help with your account but never see your health records.
