How it works
From enrolment to prescription
Seven steps, and you stay in control at each one.
- 1
Enrolment centre
Register and get a card
A trained agent registers you. Your mobile number is checked with a one-time code so nobody can be enrolled with someone else's number, and a duplicate check protects against two accounts for one person. A card from the centre's stock is bound to you.
- 2
You
Open your app
Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Your timeline starts empty and fills as you receive care.
- 3
Doctor
Identify, then ask
At the hospital the doctor identifies you by card tap, QR code or ID. That proves who you are but opens nothing. The doctor then asks for access, stating the reason and what is needed.
- 4
You
Approve what you want to share
You see who is asking and why. You can approve all of it, part of it, or refuse. Approval has an end time.
- 5
Doctor
Consult and prescribe
The doctor sees only what you approved, records the consultation and issues a digital prescription.
- 6
Pharmacy
Verify and dispense
At the pharmacy you confirm you are there with your card, a QR code or a code sent to your phone. The pharmacist sees the prescription and any critical allergy, dispenses, and the balance is recorded.
- 7
You
See who looked
Your access history lists every time your information was opened, by whom and for what purpose.
